Assistant Coach:

The goal of the Martinsburg Marlin Swim Team is to provide students between the ages of five and eighteen with an opportunity to develop exceptional swimming skills and techniques, while building self-confidence, personal accomplishment and social character within an atmosphere of hard work, fun, commitment, and dedication to self-improvement and team spirit. The swimmers are encouraged to work as a team and achieve success by committing themselves to regular attendance at practices while working to improve their skills and performance. Winning is the goal of competition, however in our program, the stress will be self-improvement and team commitment. We pride ourselves in being proud winners and courteous losers. The coaches will be responsible for determining appropriate behavior and any necessary action to guarantee the same.
